Confirmed Service Customer
Showed up early to my appiont. Took them 4 hours to do a oil change. I ask for mobil 1 and got drax 5 i think. Then he said my key fob battery was low. I swaped the battery myself a couple of weeks ago. Im look for a bettet dealer to go too. This was the 2nd time i had prombles at this dealer

So after having my vehicle for several days when I picked it up I found grease marks / smudges all over the outside on the door and hood as well as the inside on the wheel and door panel. Not how I want to find my truck seems like they just don’t care.

My service advisor never called me to update my car even 1 time to update me about my car in the 3 days they had my car. I had to show up to the dealership twice in those 3 days to figure out what was going on and to approve the additional work that was needed. And 3 days is way too long to keep a car for such small things that needed to be done.

I only use the service department for my 2019 Express Cargo Van. In April I had four new tires mounted and an alignment. I returned a second time because the alignment was still pulling to the right, which was corrected. I made an additional appointment with David to replace the tire pressure sensor on the rear right tire. David a an amazing service rep and I will continue to make future service appointments with him.
