Christian was extremely helpful when we went in looking to buy a bolt. Although there weren’t any on the lot, he helped us build and purchase one. He kept us up to date with the production and was there for the purchase. We really enjoyed chatting with him during our paper signing process. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from a dealership and Christian is the only representative that I would go back to for another purchase.

They did not have the part and I had to finally call GM. I had to have a car and paid for a rental car. Since it was their fault for the delay, I asked for them to pay for it and they did not. Most times that I called the person got upset with me for asking why my car that was there for was going to be done.
