Service was great! I didn't have a appointment but was able to take care of me because the engine light came on. The price was a little expensive but it was well worth it. Because I knew my truck was getting the best care and service.

I was waiting inside my car for 40 minutes before and Service person help me. I saw 3 sales person just sitting on the table and walking around drinking coffee when I ask them how long will take they told me 10 more minutes but it was just my car there . Also price is very expensive $360.00 for oil change is too much

I have had my GM and Chevy products serviced by Stewart Chevrolet for no less than 25 years. I have always been treated fairly and received excellent service. I currently own a 2017 Silverado and recently had catastrophic failures of both my auto transmission and 5.3 engine. Stewart Chevrolet went above and beyond the call of duty and good customer service when I gave them the order to replace both the transmission and engine. Not only did they perform exceptional mechanical services but they also acted as my advocate in direct dealings with General Motors. Their advocacy not only saved me thousands of dollars but also reduced the time I was without my truck. Stewart Chevrolet, and particularly my Service Advisor (David McCauley), regularly gave me status updates on how repairs were progressing and when I might get my truck back in service again. I was very impressed with David's professionalism and willingness to extend every courtesy to make this be a good experience. I recommend Stewart Chevrolet to everyone I know because I know they will be expertly and professionally taken care of.

Showed up early to my appiont. Took them 4 hours to do a oil change. I ask for mobil 1 and got drax 5 i think. Then he said my key fob battery was low. I swaped the battery myself a couple of weeks ago. Im look for a bettet dealer to go too. This was the 2nd time i had prombles at this dealer

So after having my vehicle for several days when I picked it up I found grease marks / smudges all over the outside on the door and hood as well as the inside on the wheel and door panel. Not how I want to find my truck seems like they just don’t care.

My service advisor never called me to update my car even 1 time to update me about my car in the 3 days they had my car. I had to show up to the dealership twice in those 3 days to figure out what was going on and to approve the additional work that was needed. And 3 days is way too long to keep a car for such small things that needed to be done.
