It. was an easy process. Christian was wonderful. Follow us through the whole process and walked to our new truck and made sure that we understood all we needed to know for a safe drive home. Everyone at the center was kind and made up feel welcome.

I had an appointment to fix a recall that was issued in my vehicle. They held my truck for a full day and didn’t even touch it. Worst of all, there was zero communication. When I emailed about why it hadn’t been worked on, I was dismissed and talked to with zero respect. I was told “because it wasn’t.” Then I was told that the appt was to “get in line” and that the “get to it when they get to it “. There is absolutely zero customer service here. I brought my vehicle there before this incident for the oil change that came complimentary when I purchased the vehicle, and they held it for 3 days! Now with this experience, I will not be returning. I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership, but now that the older service coordinators have retired, it has gone downhill, and I won’t be returning

Had appointment on May 15, 2023 for maintenance with David. Returned next day because oil monitor was not reset. David took care of it right away. There was a power outrage on the day of my appointment. He apologized for the inconvenience. Appreciate the customer service whenever I visit.

Good service with battery replacement completed for Chevy bolt. Was disappointed with the high cost for the remainder of the service and difficulty to contact the service department by phone. Vehicle was returned with a full charge which was much appreciated. A quick car wash would have been an added bonus.
