Confirmed Service Customer
My service advisor never called me to update my car even 1 time to update me about my car in the 3 days they had my car. I had to show up to the dealership twice in those 3 days to figure out what was going on and to approve the additional work that was needed. And 3 days is way too long to keep a car for such small things that needed to be done.
