Confirmed Service Customer
I had an appointment to fix a recall that was issued in my vehicle. They held my truck for a full day and didn’t even touch it. Worst of all, there was zero communication. When I emailed about why it hadn’t been worked on, I was dismissed and talked to with zero respect. I was told “because it wasn’t.” Then I was told that the appt was to “get in line” and that the “get to it when they get to it “. There is absolutely zero customer service here. I brought my vehicle there before this incident for the oil change that came complimentary when I purchased the vehicle, and they held it for 3 days! Now with this experience, I will not be returning. I have purchased multiple cars from this dealership, but now that the older service coordinators have retired, it has gone downhill, and I won’t be returning
