The Bolt EV was ordered and arrived earlier than expected. That was wonderful. The car was immaculate. The financial process was professionally handled and well done. He was extremely cordial and more than willing to explain every step of the process. The myChevrolet set up process was glitchy but the tech support person was able to get me set up. The dealer person was very helpful and attentive. However, when I started up the car I was skittish. I had only driven the car once months ago. I should have asked for an overview of features before I left the dealership. I would have appreciated help setting up my phone and an explanation of many of the car features.

Dropped off on time at 8:10am for service. I needed regular maintenance and to check a brake fluid leak. I was told it would likely take all day and possibly into the next. That surprised me because it felt like my issues were routine. I did not get a call on that day. When I called on the following day I left a message and did not get a call back until I called a second time. The service rep indicated that he accidentally called the wrong number the previous day when calling to give an update. He explained that it took time to find the fluid leak but it was a loose screw and I would not be charged for the fix. Fair. He said he would make every effort to have my car ready by end of day. He called at 5pm to say it would be ready at 5:30. He called again at 5:10 to say it would not be ready until the next morning at 8:30. Why it takes a professional service shop over 2 days for a simple service and repair is baffling to me.

This is the 2nd Bolt EV we have purchased from Stewart Chevrolet! ( and we have another on order to replace Bolt #1). This dealership negotiates fairly and quickly. They realize that we as consumers have ALOT of information at our fingertips now and the 'days of haggling between Sales Person to Manager to Customer' are long gone. Chris Bruyn, Sales Manager and Bryan DeLeon, SalesPerson, were both extremely easy to work with and Bryan is SOOO knowledgeable on the new Chevy Bolts that our test drive felt like a useful tutorial! Answering all of our questions with ease. Additionally, I've called Bryan a couple times when I couldn't figure something out and he was more than happy to tell me what I needed to know. Lastly, and equally as important, Stewart Chevrolet also has one of the BEST Finance people we have ever dealt with in buying a car! Parwez Faizi ( Stewart Chevrolet is roughly 50 miles from our house and we still prefer to work with them than the closer dealerships)

This was the Best car purchase I’ve ever experienced! Rico and the finance manager were 10/10. From the moment I arrived, my truck was washed, we test drove it and immediately went to finance and finished in finance in 25 min or less. It was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve only had bad experiences with new car purchases but this experience was wonderful. Rico and Finance were 10/10 in service!

The fact that this dealership is very unreliable and isn't about customer service is sad! I brought my vehicle in for the same issues it’s been having and the fact will doesn’t keep you informed let alone management doesn’t all back or respond to emails is perplexed to me. They wouldn’t give a rental even though they had my vehicle over a week so when my daughter went to get the vehicle will said she couldn’t take it because he ordered parts. So a manager finally helped and got a rental the next day! However the vehicle was in there over a month again and they the rental people called and said they stop paying on it. So the fact that they ruined my daughter 25th birthday and had us drive back into town to deal with this is very upsetting! No communication and not just that they didn’t detail the vehicle again after I told him about Will lying and I had proof because I had a vehicle of the vehicle! Also they were so much in a rush and didn’t do or fix my break issue they changed me and they did a lot of work and kept the vehicle so why did I have to pay? They didn’t inform me about my tire lied and said I denied service I emailed the manager and they tried to cover they tract by lying again saying me vehicle was service on july 31 and sent a letter saying it needs tires which they should of did because it’s covered under the warranty! Sad this dealership and management and service department is no good! Also they didn’t put my vehicle door back together and we figured out why it was so had for my son to get out.

There was a part delay which I do not blame the dealership for. What I do blame them for is the complete lack of communication about it. I had to call multiple times to speak to anyone, every voicemail I left went unanswered. I twice requested a written estimate and never received it. My car was returned filthy inside and out (I admit it wasn’t immaculate when I brought it in but it was returned much worse). In the three weeks it sat untouched on their lot, the least they could have done was a courtesy cleaning. I will not be returning to Stewart.
