The Bolt EV was ordered and arrived earlier than expected. That was wonderful. The car was immaculate. The financial process was professionally handled and well done. He was extremely cordial and more than willing to explain every step of the process. The myChevrolet set up process was glitchy but the tech support person was able to get me set up. The dealer person was very helpful and attentive. However, when I started up the car I was skittish. I had only driven the car once months ago. I should have asked for an overview of features before I left the dealership. I would have appreciated help setting up my phone and an explanation of many of the car features.
