There was a part delay which I do not blame the dealership for. What I do blame them for is the complete lack of communication about it. I had to call multiple times to speak to anyone, every voicemail I left went unanswered. I twice requested a written estimate and never received it. My car was returned filthy inside and out (I admit it wasn’t immaculate when I brought it in but it was returned much worse). In the three weeks it sat untouched on their lot, the least they could have done was a courtesy cleaning. I will not be returning to Stewart.
