Francis is great! Had a flat tire on a late Sunday night with an early flight the next morning. He made sure I could get Chevy Roadside Assistance to get the car to dealer the day I returned later in the week.

My agent Jax Zecena was amazingly helpful from the day I walked in for a test drive to the day I drove out with my special order Bolt EUV. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and streamlined the whole process at purchase time to a little over an hour as she knew I had to get to work. Randy the finance guy was also very quick and personable, loaning me his reader glasses so I could read all the fine print. I’m loving my Bolt now and would definitely recommend Chevy to friends.
