买车的时候经销商说有俩车钥匙,但是我每次问的时候都说要等待,昨天一次竟然让我重新拿钱买钥匙。昨天换轮胎和机油说好的价格,最后换了新轮胎 还收我发现钉子的费用 我都换轮胎了还需要补钉子吗?不负责

The experience was terrible: 1. I was "greeted" by "Hey next time be on time", when I was 20 minutes early to a 9am appointment, to avoid traffic and make sure I would not be late, told I was happy to wait... 2.You refused to apply the manufacturer's reimbursement policy regarding transportation for recall. You refused to cover for both rides, when the manufacturer would have reimbursed you... and worst, after I said I had called the manufacturer to confirm, your team invited me to file a claim Consequence: I will buy a new bolt this month... at a more friendly Chevrolet dealership. And lose time and energy to file a claim to be reimbursed of my trip to your garage as a reminder of this experience

My Service tech is Francis Collins. Francis has helped me in the past with other needed service. I have a '07 Chevy Silverado 2500hd that required a service on the parking brake module. The ratchet system, along with the brake cable broke. Francis knew what was wrong with it and gave me an estimate. He recommended making an appointment online to have the vehicle serviced. When the appointment day came, I was greeted and Francis was there to write up the work order. The vehicle was repaired and ready to be picked up the next day. Everything worked out great. I will definitely call Francis Collins again if there is a need for additional service. Thank You! Joe
