Great overall experience! From the web appointment request, to the vehicle drop off, and to the vehicle pick-up, the experience was smooth and easy. I requested a service appointment via online web and when log-in, my previous profile was recognized and my vehicle was on file from previous service work. When the drop off day came, I was greeted by my service advisor - Francis Collins - who wrote up the service request form (check engine light on - OBD scanner error code P0678 - Duramax glow plug#8 needs to be checked). The service was written up and left the vehicle for the work. After 3 days, the service was done and glow plugs were replaced and serviced. Experience was smooth. The original estimate $$ was promised and there were no hidden and additional fee's. So far, happy with the service. :-)
