My service advisor is Will D. He is always very helpful, efficient and easy to work with. I come to Stewart to get the vehicle serviced because I trust him advising me what needs to be done. The work done by the technicians has been good. I have had people tell me that it is more expensive to go to the dealership, but I have to feel safe and confident in how the vehicle operates.

I contacted Scott a friend from high school who suggested we see Diego when going to the dealership. Diego was the most knowledgeable salesperson we met on going to over 10 dealerships. He was excited to show us the Traverse and know all of the features of the different trim options. We left the house without the intention to purchase, however, he and manager Sean found the vehicle with the features and trim we wanted and offered us a fair transaction so it was a deal. Both were patient with our challenges unfreezing credit and Experian issues... we returned two days later and had an easy purchase. It was cool signing on the desktop with the finance manager.
I have already referred another person to the dealership and appreciate this being the easiest car purchase ever. Thank you Diego, Sean , finance manager and Scott for running a great organization.

David has been my Service Consultant for several years. A couple of weeks ago I was having issues with my transmission and requested a diagnostics test. The results were issues with the valves. Between your transmission specialist and David they recommended a new transmission be installed. David consulted me before moving forward, which I approved.
David advised it would take a week to receive the new transmission and I let him know, hopefully it would be completed by June 14th for my road trip.
I picked up my van yesterday. YAY!
David is an exceptional consultant, especially when there is a time crunch on a major repair.
I could have shopped around for a new transmission, however the confidence I have with David behind the wheel, out ways going to another shop.
David gave me a copy of the warranty and stated when I'm on the road and have any issues with the new transmission, I can stop by any Chevrolet dealership and have them look at the problem.
This is a huge relief for me since I have several road trips a year.
