Car was not ready at promised time and I was told you only do one way lift rides. So I had to pay to come back to the dealership to pick up my car when other dealerships have shuttles and pick up their customers for free.

Service was fine, but my panel wasn't reset. Oil was set to 100% but I was told I needed brake pads which I got but the panel said my pads were at 64% in back which is what I replaced and way lower in front which I did not replace. So I am confused as to if the panel is incorrect since it is always wrong with other things? either way the panel should have been updated as repairs were made.

I came out twice to have my wheels rotated. My first visit I was asked about the locks to loosen my wheels (I was unaware of them). Once I returned home, I found them in the compartment underneath my trunk. I would have expected the service department knowing where to look for them. (Wasted long trip for me). I had also came out before regarding the recall. I would have like to have been alerted to bring my charge cord. I didn't - another wasted trip out there.

The person who originally answered the phone - Janelle - was absolutely wonderful and everyone in the parts department was fabulous - nice, efficient and warm. However, the rest of my experience made me not want to return. 1) The woman in the reception area was unfriendly bordering on rude. 2) I was told my service would take 4 hours so I decided to go to work in downtown San Francisco. In reality it was done in one hour and had I known that I would have simply stayed. 3) When I returned to pick up my car and had some questions about my electric vehicle, the same woman who was in the service reception area was called and couldn't help at all. and was again dismissive and borderline rude. 4) I appreciate Novato Chevrolet's policy of providing rides both ways. 5) While the video was a nice concept, it didn't provide me any information.
