The experience was terrible: 1. I was "greeted" by "Hey next time be on time", when I was 20 minutes early to a 9am appointment, to avoid traffic and make sure I would not be late, told I was happy to wait... 2.You refused to apply the manufacturer's reimbursement policy regarding transportation for recall. You refused to cover for both rides, when the manufacturer would have reimbursed you... and worst, after I said I had called the manufacturer to confirm, your team invited me to file a claim Consequence: I will buy a new bolt this month... at a more friendly Chevrolet dealership. And lose time and energy to file a claim to be reimbursed of my trip to your garage as a reminder of this experience
