I have been to this dealership many, many times. I should have known this dealership was not good the moment I walked in 5 years ago. I had been in the dealership browsing cars, mostly wanting to see the new Camaro's at the time. I can't tell you how many times I walked in here, and NO salespeople EVER approached me. Finally I decided on the car I wanted to buy which was to be a custom order brand new Chevrolet Camaro. I walked into the showroom waiting for someone to assist me. About 30 mins had now passed and I did see salespeople chatting but no one helped me. Just as I was leaving (not to return and take my business to another dealer) a very nice young lady asked me if I needed help. I told her thank you for even acknowledging me as I was about to leave as no one would help me. I could tell she wasn't a salesperson, she looked for receptionist. Anyway, it was her lucky day....she got basically my sale without even having to do anything. I told her exactly what I wanted and turns out she was the one who sold me a $46k car. I brought my car a few times for service and never really had a pleasant experience here with the assigned service provider to me, David Mccauley. This guy has a major attitude problem and looks like he just doesn't like his job and when he is "helping me," he doesn't make eye contact, just straight reads stuff off a list saying what I need. No friendly demeanor or just even a hello. I'm there for an oil change WITH an appointment and I show up on time. I waited over 2 hours just for an oil change. When it's time to check out he makes these completely out of line comments that "whoever detailed my car did a horrible" Yes he says this. Regardless of his own ill will opinion, that's probably not a good thing to say to a customer. I mean that's not an imminent safety or mechanical problem with my car so why should he feel the need to mention the cleanliness of my car. Just when I think this guy is possibly just having a bad day, he chums it up with a male customer nearby. So in conclusion, my take on this place.....they treat women customers as second class people and only if you are a male customer will you get any sales service and maybe some decent service in the service department. Too bad.....they may have had 2 sales for cars as my father was looking to buy a Corvette and def told him not to buy from here. Stay away from this place if you are a woman!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!! Will never return here.

Darryn is always warm, friendly, and clear and timely in communications—she's fantastic! This time the dealership had to unexpectedly keep the car an additional 24hours. Though in no way a requirement, it would have been really helpful to stick it on a charger for that window of time, because with EVs, getting it back later than expected and low on a charge was challenging.
