Confirmed Sales Customer
My sales person JayVee was excellent. He answered all my questions, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Bolt, driving techniques, alternative options, everything I asked. The finance manager Ed was also good, efficient and willing to let me sit in his office while my car was being cleaned. My concern is the 6-hour process. I arrived at 10am and left at 4pm. This is my second visit to Stewart. The first was 3 years ago. Different salesperson, same amount time. I hope the process can be shortened.
