WHEN my regular service advisor wasn���t available, another got me signed in and ready to go quickly. My regular advisor called to let me know what was happening and how long it might take. He called as he promised and let me know the car wasn���t ready and when it would be. He next called Monday to let me know it was ready and when they closed.
