Started Process with Salesperson Jayvee who incorrectly told me I could get financing and $10k off corvette. He told me he was working and after sending me deal numbers went home for the day and left me hanging with no information. I left two messages with dealership and nobody returned call. The next day I spoke with Brian who did a nice job overall through purchase. After getting home 3 hours away and really started going over car, it was loaded with water spots and scratches all over. I have spent over 20 hours paint correcting the car and have all but a few scratches buffed out. My door sill plate has several scratches and I asked Brian to replace it under warranty. He responded that i need to send pictures. I did this and he has never responded back.

I came in for transmission problems and spent over $6000 on engine parts and not sure why. Drove my truck and the same symptoms. Brought and you then replaced my transmission. And i ended up spending over $5000. You took over $11,000 from me. I totally feel ripped off!! Never will i come back!!!! And i want my $6000+ back!!!!!

Bill was great and got me in and out in under 90 minutes for my 7,500 mile service for my leased Chevy Bolt. There was a little confusion when I arrived as I was told over the phone I did not need an appointment, but upon my arrival another service advisor said I did. Once I talked with Bill, it all went smoothly from there.

I would not recommend your services. A profits over personal service culture seems evident. If you���re going to charge someone several hundred dollars for zero work, you could at least hose the car down and give it a vacuum.
