Brought the car in for service( oil change & anything else it needed) and WILL took care of it right away. He had me in and out in just slightly over an hour. WILL has always taken care of me early when I bring your vehicles as I wait for the vehicles I have serviced.
As it was my first time taking my Chevy Volt in for service first thing in the morning, it wasn't at all clear where I should park or what I should do after pulling into the Service area. Also another driver pulled in after me, but went into a different lane and argued he was ahead of me once I figured out where to go. Awkward. Once in and working with the advisor, the visit went well. I asked for new windshield wipers but when I picked up the car later, I learned that the dealership was out of wipers for my Volt. The shuttle driver was very good. The advisor was knowledgeable and helpful.
Purchased a new Colorado in August and went to Stewart Chevy for the first service. Everything went smooth, scheduling, reminders, greeting in the service driveway, nice facilities, shuttles, prompt turnaround. And the cost was covered by Chevy. I have always had good experiences with Stewart Chevy.

My service consultant was very professional. I walked into the service center and before I could ask where customers with appointments should check in, Mr. McCauley already knew who I was, addressed me by name, and told the other service people that I don't have to wait in line since I made an appointment. Also, he listened to all of my questions and addressed them. He took a look at the bluetooth on my dash to see if it needed resetting or fixing. He fixed it. He told me exactly what was being done and gave me a time frame so I could plan on waiting or coming back. I had a positive experience with my warranty service at Stewart Chevrolet thanks to Mr. McCauley.
My recent experience was for my second covered service. After several voicemails that went unanswered by the service dept, I left a message with the receptionist who insisted she would give someone my information to call me back. Again no call back so I decided to drive down to the dealership to schedule my appt. When I got there I waited 10 minutes until someone finally asked me if I had been helped. The gentleman then scheduled my appt. A few days later I had my appt. and the truck was serviced. On my way home after picking it up I noticed that the fuel filter life gauge still showed 25% life. I assumed this would have been replaced and the message cleared during the service. I called to confirm and left a voice message with the service guy that handled my appt. Again I did NOT receive a call back. I then returned to the dealership and asked about why the filter was not changed. I was then informed that the filter was not covered under my warranty service. As you can imagine my next thought was I paid $70k for a truck and NOBODY could inform me of this at the time I brought it in or when I picked it up?!?! Horrible customer service...will NOT recommend this dealership to ANYONE!
Rep was very helpful. He checked what else in the cars warranty that needs to be done, & explained the length of time needed for the service. There was also a noticeable noise inthe car that l took for granted & mistook it for the wind but was pointed out that there was a part to be replaced. I was glad that reps & techs paid attention to all the details that made me feel safer driving my car. Thank you.

Once I arrived at the dealership, my experience was excellent. Will (the Volt guru) is superb, detailed and quality customer service. My experience trying to get through to a person to make an appt. prior to my arrival was not so great. Granted, I started trying to get an appt. in mid-to-late December, and it was getting close to holiday time, but I was having a problem with my car, and I ended up coming in January, due to poor response in communication. I was continuously being forwarded to voice mail boxes to make an appt. and not getting calls back. 3 times, I think. So, again, once I got in, the experience was perfect. But, please work on the appt.-making and communication to get in.
