It was seamless and supportive. I knew what I wanted and Tim in sales listened, followed up reliably but not too often found the car I wanted at another dealership and got it in time for a trip I was taking. My actual visit to the dealership was efficient and enjoyable. Thank you.
It went fine. Steps taken for virus concerns and masks are creepy, but that���s not your fault. Bill Hood does a very good job assisting customers. You should go back to a in house shuttle service. Lyft drivers and their cars are nasty! I do not make it a habit to use these drivers, the few times I have taken the ride offered by Stewart have been bad. Dirty cars, I guess you get what you pay for. I���ll get my own ride.
I called for an appointment to get two tires and an oil change. Showed up on time they didnt have the tires. The old change was 75.00 and tries to upsell me a cabin filter and air filter for $400.00. The gentleman who helped me was very nice...I dont think it was him but.......would never go back...sorry!!!
