Overall we were happy, but I didn’t like the fact that the cash down amount for our lease that we were quoted over the phone/email ended up not including taxes or fees and so ended up being fairly misleading (final amount was more than 2x as much). Similarly, no one mentioned excess wear and tear insurance to us until we were in the finance office, at which point we didn’t really have the ability to do any research to know whether the insurance was truly needed and whether we should have negotiated the cost. In both cases we were at a disadvantage due to lack of information that should have all been shared up front so that it could be part of the negotiation.

I went in for an oil change, with my Stewart coupon, and while doing all the extra inspections that are included in an oil change at Stewart, they discovered that my front brakes were not dependable. They called me , gave me quote to repair. I asked if they could do it right away since I was headed for spring training. They agreed to get it done while my vehicle was still there and of course I provided one of my Stewart Chevrolet's discount coupons on 10% off. Yeah and done. Thank you Stewart
The service was quick and appropriately priced. The staff were courteous and provided service beyond what was expected. Stewart Chevrolet service is definitely a step above the service at east bay Chevy dealers.
