I live in saratoga, california and had my vehicle services at steven creek chevrolet. The service was not good. I have had my vehicle sericed at steward previously. I can tell you the service is at a different level then the dealerships in the bay area. I was happy with Folsom Chevrolet when I lived up in sacramento area. It is a family owned business. Steward Chevrolet is great in the bay area. I feel like part of the family when I go there. Service manager Will is great. Can't say enough about him.

I usually go without an appointment but arrive at opening and usually they take me in. But last time I was told I needed an appointment, so my wife made one and they took me at that time. One thing they for forgot the caps for the air in my tires.
