Two free oil services was part of the warranty sales contract for a new vehicle. The service was professional and satisfactory. I like everything about the 2017 Silverado 1500 LT except the headlights which provide inadequate peripheral illumination on dark winding roads. It's down right scary.
The service center is very unwelcoming - no real direction on who to see or where to go - no one greets you or assists you when you come in - scheduled an appointment and was told the team was going on lunch - why have available scheduled time if no one is available - 3 hours for a simple oil change not acceptable especially if it was scheduled
Had my car towed to your facility over the holiday weekend. Got an email and we quickly set up text as a means to communicate. Good testing and service. I would have appreciated a pick up to get my car, but I took UBER. You do understand that when you're working on my car, I can't use it to pick it up, right? So offering a ride would have been a nice touch.
