The fact that this dealership is very unreliable and isn't about customer service is sad! I brought my vehicle in for the same issues it’s been having and the fact will doesn’t keep you informed let alone management doesn’t all back or respond to emails is perplexed to me. They wouldn’t give a rental even though they had my vehicle over a week so when my daughter went to get the vehicle will said she couldn’t take it because he ordered parts. So a manager finally helped and got a rental the next day! However the vehicle was in there over a month again and they the rental people called and said they stop paying on it. So the fact that they ruined my daughter 25th birthday and had us drive back into town to deal with this is very upsetting! No communication and not just that they didn’t detail the vehicle again after I told him about Will lying and I had proof because I had a vehicle of the vehicle! Also they were so much in a rush and didn’t do or fix my break issue they changed me and they did a lot of work and kept the vehicle so why did I have to pay? They didn’t inform me about my tire lied and said I denied service I emailed the manager and they tried to cover they tract by lying again saying me vehicle was service on july 31 and sent a letter saying it needs tires which they should of did because it’s covered under the warranty! Sad this dealership and management and service department is no good! Also they didn’t put my vehicle door back together and we figured out why it was so had for my son to get out.
