Took my truck in because it would not start. Soon the battery died from attempting to start it and I had to get it towed in. Dropped it off be for 6 pm. Next day truck was diagnosed for a dead battery and not for the truck being unable to start. Was told the battery’s were fixed and codes cleared. As of yesterday a week and a half later the check engine light is back on and I have to take it back in to the dealership and pay again to get it diagnosed. Why was the truck was not diagnosed fully the first time? How are they able to look up one thing but not see another? Why are codes being cleared and not fixed when the truck is in the shop the first time?? Now I have to pay twice to get my truck in working order.

I brought my vehicle for full service. Paid a hefty price because I believe in quality and service. After a few days of service I went to recover my vehicle and they “lost my keys.” I returned back home in a Uber and I got a call letting me know the keys were located in a technician pocket.

I had an appointment at 10:10am for oil change. I was told they would call when the vehicle was ready. I never received a courtesy call even after I called twice to check on the status. At 3:30pm I just showed up and they didn’t even know where the vehicle was. You had my vehicle the entire day just for an oil change. So frustrating! I will not return for this service again.

i went to get my smog checked for my yearly registration and my car had a bad spark plug and took it to stewart chevrolet to have it check out and went to my favorite service consultant Mr. David McCauley who took my car in for service at the last minute and found out the problem within a day and performed his magic with G.M. for the second time and got the work covered under warranty a day or so before my voltec warranty was going to expire and was pleasantly surprised and grateful for all the hard work and professionalism for David and his team performed on my car, I would like to personally thank Mr. McCauley a millions times over for getting the job done right and fast the first time as always when I deal with him..He deserves a raised and a promotion immediately.. THank you very much again..
