The only suggestion I have (since everyone overall did a great job) is when the line of cars start piling up, if a service tech or other could just briefly stop by your window and let you know of the average wait currently or just shoot the you know what... I think that would allow passing of time enjoyable vs. sitting there idling not knowing if you should get out of your car and approach the shop to let them know your there or just sit there and wait.
