Confirmed Service Customer
My recent experience at your dealership was disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I arrived to find that my appointment was not recorded in your system. This lack of organization resulted in a significant delay in receiving service for my vehicle. Furthermore, upon arrival, I found that the necessary paperwork was not prepared, further prolonging the process. This lack of preparedness reflects poorly on the dealership's professionalism and commitment to customer service. Additionally, the absence of a seating area made for an uncomfortable experience, as I was required to stand in front of the service manager while waiting for assistance. Overall, my experience at your dealership was far from satisfactory, and I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the level of service provided to your customers in the future.

My appointment was at 7:40am and I was there on time with one other person waiting. The other person was earlier than me and he was annoyed that 'they are taking their sweet time', as he put it. No one checked on me until at least 8am and when they did there was not even an apology for being late. On the plus side, the oil change and inspection was done in an hour even though I wasn't waiting.

Took my truck in because it would not start. Soon the battery died from attempting to start it and I had to get it towed in. Dropped it off be for 6 pm. Next day truck was diagnosed for a dead battery and not for the truck being unable to start. Was told the battery’s were fixed and codes cleared. As of yesterday a week and a half later the check engine light is back on and I have to take it back in to the dealership and pay again to get it diagnosed. Why was the truck was not diagnosed fully the first time? How are they able to look up one thing but not see another? Why are codes being cleared and not fixed when the truck is in the shop the first time?? Now I have to pay twice to get my truck in working order.

I brought my vehicle for full service. Paid a hefty price because I believe in quality and service. After a few days of service I went to recover my vehicle and they “lost my keys.” I returned back home in a Uber and I got a call letting me know the keys were located in a technician pocket.
