When I arrived at 7:30 am sharp for a (Recall Repair) on my car I noticed cars before me had a number, no one gave me one after 30 min. wait so I had to search for help. The big disappointment was the wait. The only good thing for my first time at Chevrolet Dealership was Bill Hood who was very helpful, put me at ease and even printed important info. about my vehicle.
