friendly staff but I waited 3 hours for an oil change.. got there at 7 waited and car went in at 730. didn't get to leave until 1030.. what's the point of taking time off from work when our time does not seems valued

Had a flat and OnStar had it towed to your dealership. After the tow truck left I called the dealership and talked to Art to expect the car and let me know what needed to be done. No call in the morning so I called and was told by Art they could not find my car and had no record of it. My GPS showed the car was in Daly City. So I called back and Art told me he would go and check the parking lot. They found the car. 2 days later was told the car was ready for pick up. When I got to the dealership I was told that they had changed the tire. No one called me to check get my permission to change the tire.

I was very upset that my 2013 vehicle required an engine replacement. My angst was softened by the humane treatment of the service department at Stewart Chevrolet. There was never a doubt in my mind that their service technicians were capable of doing the best job possible in a timely manner. Thank you Stewart Chevrolet for being a part of the solution.

I have the chevy app on my phone and I made an appointment for first thing in the morning but when I arrived there were a lot of cars. Apparently they don't do appointments unbeknownst to me. The dealer in San Mateo does. So I was there for a couple of hours waiting which I guess was pretty good for as car back in line I was.
