The Online Appointment Scheduling System worked well. I was promptly greeted upon arrival. I elected to wait while a Maintenance1 Service was performed. There were comfortable cubicle to use with free Wi-Fi. The Service was completed in approx. 2.5 hours. The Service Advisor kept me informed and thanked me for coming to Steward Chevy for service when completed.

Easy morning. Brought my car in to get serviced (no appointment). About 8:30 AM. I waited a few minutes& a service greater came to the car & put a Service cone on top of car & asked for keys. I went inside and a serviceman saw me & greeted me & said to sit in front of his desk. I noticed the transportation driver was walking to his van & I got his attention & asked him if he could wait for me to finish my signing in for service. This paperwork took about 5-10 minutes. He checked with the other customer in the van if he minded waiting for me. They waited & I got in the customer transportation van & was driven home in San Bruno in a short amount of time. On the return trip, to pick up my car, the van driver was again verg courteous I waited about 15 minutes for my car to be driven up, after I checked in to get the paperwork reciept. Everyone who helped me that morning was very pleasant & polite.
Service manager Joe Cassisi provided me with EXCELLENT service! Very professional and accommodating and followed up with me on my service and satisfaction. FIVE stars to Joe and his whole team in the service department!
